Fiber Optics
VISION MT's Fiber Optics Team are proficient in Single Mode, Multi-Mode, and Multi-Channel fiber, working with both tight and loose structures and a wide range of connectors including M38999, M28876, ARINC, ST, LC, SC, TFOCA-II, and COTS. We support aircraft and shipboard assemblies, as well as avionics and electro-mechanical systems.
VISION MT performs comprehensive testing and aircraft-ready installation for all fiber optic assemblies. Each cable is inspected with precision scopes to confirm end-face quality and tested with Light Source and Power Meters, followed by detailed link analysis using our EXFO Max Tester IOLM to ensure full compliance with customer requirements. Our ETA Certified Installers are qualified to terminate, repair, and install fiber optic assemblies directly on aircraft, following approved routing and protection methods to ensure reliable operation in demanding aviation environments.
